Not appreciating their beauty and enjoying being turned on by their attractiveness - but actively judging. One of my friends told me the best job he could imagine would be the person who hires the cocktail waitresses at the Borgata - not because he'd get to chat up and flirt with the hot women but because "It would be so cool to have that kind of power over them." The Maxim 100 does the same thing. It's not just the magazine judging the women, it's the readers as well. The last time this issue came out I was on the elliptical at the gym and two guys got on the machines next to me with the issue. They started talking about it as they worked out, not complimenting the women, or saying they'd like to have sex with them - but critiquing the women's bodies and pointing out their "flaws."
