Lisa’s New Workout Schedule

So far:

Sunday June 28: 1 hour at gym
Wednesday July 1: 1 hour at gym
Friday July 3: 1 hour at gym

I’m thinking I should throw another day in there. Maybe Mondays too? And it’s all been cardio–if I had the determination, I’d keep those days cardio and throw in Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday weight training, but I think if I try that right now I’ll just scare myself right back onto my couch.

    You can do weight training on the same days you do cardio.

    It works better with weight training.

    Generally, it’s a good idea to do be at the gym at least a little every day. Usually, I do weight training every other day, with cardio in between. But if you’re just starting, that’s a good schedule. Absolutely don’t just be a couch potatoe. :(
