But even though it came too late to save me, I can at least reach out a helping hand to my fellow Americans who haven’t yet sat down and slogged through all ninety minutes of last week’s veep debate.

Here’s the condensed version. This is really all you need to see. Trust me.

I like her just cause she pisses so many people off.

    No surprises there hey?

The most telling commentary I heard after Palin’s speech was that she’d managed not to disappoint, mainly because she’d managed not to cock things up again!

It tells you something when she’s coming from such a low expectation level and it horrifies me that she’d be a skipped-heartbeat away from a position as POTUS. Not because she’s a woman (and I find it sad that I even have to type that), but because she’s so extremely right-wing that I believe she’d de-stabilise world politics (and she’d certainly not do anything for advancing ‘your’ policies, and not a great deal for advancing ‘mine’ either).

I loved that skit. If anything good comes out of this election season, it’s the revitalization of SNL. “For all you joe sixpacks playing a drinking game…Maverick!” It was awesome.

I don’t know. I think it would take a thermonuclear war to revitalize SNL…..and that simply due to the reduced options available to whatever audience remains.

SNL has sucked since Belushi died.

    Yeah, I’m that old.
