What food crisis?

Why I hate capitalism, in one headline or less:

G8 summit: Gordon Brown has eight-course dinner before food crisis talks

No words. None.

Tattooing “I AM COMPLETELY OUT OF TOUCH WITH WHAT I AM SUPPOSEDLY HERE FOR” on his own forehead actually wouldn’t have been any more obvious. Sick.

This isn’t surprising to me at all. Heads of State are notorious for being out of touch with the reality of the lives of people whose taxes pay their salaries. They don’t know, they don’t want to know, and they don’t care. When they say crap like “We need to do blah blah blah because of this, that, or the other crisis”, they aren’t saying it because they really want to do anything about whatever crisis, they just want us to think they care so we’ll leave them alone to bankrupt our countries (while they laugh all the way to their banks).

We could sell infants to the rich for money to buy more food for the poor. That could work.

Also hilarious: African heads of state (you know, that continent where a lot of people are literally starving) were not invited to those meals.

Also, is the “G8 fantasy dessert” Angela Merkel jumping naked out of a giant black forest cake??
