We should possibly have a national holiday just to remember how lobbyists cause us to have such effective representation. On National Lobbyist Day we could give lobbyists an opportunity to meet the public, tell us who they work for and who they lobby and what wonderful things they've done for us in the past year. Actually, *I* have trouble with our candidates' hypocritical comments on lobbyists as well. Just not for quite the same reason as the poor little rich boys cited above. I can't wait until lobbyists' lobbyists grow successful enough that we can start to be lobbied by lobbyists's lobbyists' lobbyists. Nice one– incise and concise.
