1930s wifery!
Published by Sabotabby May 13th, 2008 in For the ladies, FamilyHow good of a 1930s housewife are you?

Gentlemen, beware! I scored a -8. I scored a -13 by “Doesn’t like children,” he means “Doesn’t actually intend to spawn.”
I’d really like to see what the husband’s chart looks like.
Hat tip: neeuqdrazil.
Awesome. I suppose I shouldn’t be trumpeting too much over how great I am, since the seams in my hose are never crooked and I’m always dressed when I eat breakfast.
1939?
This should be material for Things Younger Than John McCain
crap… wrong link… the right one: Things Younger than John McCain
That’s what i get for trying to type the link instead of copy and paste
I got a -2, but then I’m unmarried. And a dude.
this chart doesn’t make sense to me. how could you possibly score a 76 or higher? when i add up all the good qualities the maximum score is 25. explain to me if i’m being retarded plz.
This is the greatest.
Okay, 6 merits, minus, um, 8 demerits is…-2. Ooops.
I suck. I’m fired!!
I’m a zero, but would be a -1 if they didn’t specify nail polish color. My favorite is blue, not red.
I’m guessing that the reason you couldn’t possibly score higher than 25 is that this is only page one of the test.

WIFE’S RAW SCORE
Any chance at all of seeing the “Husband’s Chart”? It might be just as funny.
Actually, follow the flickr link above– it’s there, and it’s a hoot, too. My favorite from the first page: ( 1) “Reads newspapers, books, or magazines aloud to wife.” Now, is that because wives don’t have time to read between cooking, cleaning, and changing diapers, or because wives shouldn’t be expected to know how to read?
Apparently, my bf and I are both good husbands, but terrible wives. Fancy that.
Cool! Finally a test I sucked at!
What happens if you “fail”? You get a spanking from your husband…?
