I've never had chocolate covered bacon (it does sound good), but I have had chocolate chip cookies with bacon in them. Those are delicious. You can't really taste the bacon itself, but the bit of salty pork taste in the cookie is heaven.

Bacon really does make everything better.

It tastes more like salty chocolate than bacon-y chocolate. But if you like salty chocolate (e.g., if you liked chocolate-covered pretzels), you can get one of the Vosges bars that have salt.

According to the people who sell chocolate covered bacon, the savory-sweet combination is second to none.

But is bacon better covered in chocolate? I mean that in a totally food-based sense.
