Gawker’s right. Their leaked Scientology video starring Tom Cruise is equal parts funny and terrifying. Enjoy it while you can, because even though Gawker’s claiming they’ll keep it up, the Scientologists have ways of making you crumple.

Now that Will Smith’s fallen, we’re all doomed, aren’t we?

So that’s where the car crash quote came from that was news.bbc ’s quote of the day.

will smith started walking that path a long time ago. i knew he was lame when he came out against curse words 7-9 years ago.

Here’s what I don’t get: wasn’t that meant as a “recruitment video”? Meaning, wasn’t it intended to be shown to people who aren’t $cientologists, in the hopes of convincing them to join? So why is the Co$ freaking out about people seeing it?

It must have been something that looked better on paper, then when they had it on tape they went “Holy Xenu… Tom Cruise IS a total lunatic. Burn it!”

you know who else everyone said was a insanely creepy self-obsessed lunatic? jesus h. christ. so you guys should probably leave tom cruise alone if you know what’s good for you.

Not going to watch Tommy degrade himself further, but Jason, I sincerely hope that was satire. Not that I don’t also believe Christianity is no better than any religion, but Jesus at least had a philosophy that could help change things, Ton Cruise has a pyramid scheme.
