World Net Daily asks us environmentalist feminazis: what do you love more, bitch, your precious promiscuity or the planet?
While environmentalists are usually vocal about perceived threats ranging from pesticides to global warming, there is a silence when it comes to one threat already harming the water supply: hormones from birth-control pills.
…George Harden, a board member of the Society of Catholic Social Scientists, based in Steubenville, Ohio, says people should not hold their breath for action to be taken.
“If you’re killing mosquitoes to save people from the West Nile virus, you can count on secular environmentalists to lay down in front of the vapor truck, claiming some potential side effect that might result from the spray,” Harden told the Register. “But if birth control deforms fish – backed by the proof of an EPA study – and threatens the drinking supply, mum will be the word.”
Oh, my god, could it be true that every time I urinate, an endangered fish angel gets its wings? To google! Where we find an article featuring the WND scare quote, “It’s “the first thing that I’ve seen as a scientist that really scared me,” university biologist John Woodling told the Denver Post.”
Estrogen mimickers are believed to be caused by chemicals called nonylphenols, found in everything from paints and rubber to cosmetics and plastics. They are considered a possible cause of kidney, eye, liver and reproductive problems.
They’ve been banned in much of Europe and are under review in Canada, but are still common in America, where they are flowing out of sewage plants and into clean water flowing into America’s rivers.
That’s right, every wanton strumpet in America could toss her pills tomorrow and we’d still have an estrogen mimicker problem, because estrogen mimickers are an industrial waste, and -if Europe is any example- a waste that can be eliminated without forcing women to give up their pills. Or, we could solve the problem the WND way: got a social ill? A little cunt-blaming will solve it!
In ThePolitic.com, Shane Edwards writes, “To give this publicity would pit nature against consequence-free sex, and that just won’t happen. But what disturbs me about this even more than the environmental impact (and the reality that this will NEVER be dealt with because of its political ramifications) is what this is doing to us. I mean, if these effects are happening with fish and frogs, what is happening to us?”
Damn those sluts and their fish castrating ways. Feminism: turns your daughters to whores and your fish into girlie whore-fish. And don’t even think about what those chemical plants consumer waste products toothless, unenforced, being-dismantled EPA regulations cunty mchormonebags are doing to your balls, man. It’ll just make your estrogen-softened formerly manly self cry.
When I was Malkinwatching, I had one rule, one which you’ve followed in WND’s case here: Everything she says is wrong, you just have to figure out how. It’s a maxim that never failed me, but thank god I’m not a scientist.
lol… it’s so fucking true, auguste. it’s so much easier to solve an equation when you’ve already got one variable figured out.
What if you take progesterone-only pills?
No matter. I personally pee in a pot and pour it directly in the water supply of Bush voters. Sure, it makes their penises shrink with time, making them nervous, and sends them scurrying to the polls in hope that a vote for a phallus-waving Republican will be a distraction. But it’s also funny.
hey and what about the happily drugged out folks pissing thier Prozac into the water…..
oops forgot they are the necessarily pacified population…
never mind.
It’s great how everything I read on teh evils of teh birth controlz forgets to mention that some women have to use it to prevent or lessen the symptoms of illnesses.
But I guess punishing women includes making them live with chronic pain and anemia and crap. God hates it when women aren’t miserable, one way or another.
Don’t you know that these women don’t really exist? They are ruse put over on the American people by the marketing division of Planned Parenthood under the close watch of the UN who want to form a one world government and take your guns away.
/WND logic
word! wayward
too bad no one will believe u
planned parenthood has an agenda?
no.. never!
and there is no way in hell anemia could be treated with iron rich foods or supplements
and ‘chronic pain’ is something only women experience
haha
no way
we need to pump hormones in our body everyday in the form of a little pill becuase we wanna screw around without taking the responsibilty for the fact that we have a period so that we can bear children
So according to C.me, women shouldn’t be able to use the pill to treat chronic pain associated with periods because men don’t get periods and therefore can’t use the pill to take care of their own chronic pains. How dare we seek solutions specific to our own specific menstrual pain when there are men out there right now with bad backs? Oh, the humanity!
Ok, I’ll take a more egalitarian Vicodin prescription instead. It’s overkill, sure, but I could probably sell enough of any given prescription to cover the costs of the next refill.
Screw you, C.me. I also have a dishwasher to avoid taking responsibility for my dirty forks and it doesn’t keep me from washing the dishes by hand anymore than my pills will prevent me from having kids later. People have excellent reasons for using low-dose BC to control pain or control fertility, “consequences” of sex are just another dose of double standard that we’re all better off without, and you can pry our pills out of our cold, dead hands. And as long as industrial polluters are allowed to pour gallons of estrogen mimickers into our water supply without consequence of their own, then don’t even think about guilting me about the ounces of lightly estrogen-tinged urine I put in the water supply.
