Also, see if you can file in US District Court (unlimited damages in federal court) and sue on the grounds of violation of 14th amendment rights, pain and suffering, emotional distress, etc... Make sure the amount is HUGE (say 10 milllion or so). I'd suspect that all parties will be forced to settle out of court (due to the fact they have no defense, and stupidity doesn't apply as a legal defense). Go Get 'Em... It would mean the world and more if they would just apologize. I was released on March 23, I was proven innocent March 27.. and they still have yet to apologize. I do have an attorney and we plan to take action. 'They wanted him to have a mental health evaluation because he wouldn't admit to making the call.'" Get that? AFTER the judge had told them there was no case, they STILL wanted to keep him on the grounds that he was denying doing what the judge had already told them he hadn't done. This is what passes for juvenile justice in PA? Why am I not surprised? The part that really steams me completely, if you click through and read the story:
