Note how, yet again, as he always does, Bush uses the phrase "I strongly believe" in a situation that calls for something much more along the lines of "I have facts and data and a cogent argument." He doesn't even seem to realize that there are certain categories of empirical questions that are not settled by "belief." I could be persuaded the other way, though. I just don't know. Whether there is any significant electro-chemical activity taking place inside George W. Bush's skull remains one of the great questions of our time. Seriously. They do. And it's FREE. (most of their doctors are female, and being a doctor doesn't make you rich.
